Return-conditions

Any problem needs to be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE CAN BE REPORTED TO US IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • You have received a Broken or Damaged bottle (a mild leakage will not be acceptable as the products are sent through third-party courier companies and may happen during transportation).
  • You have received Double orders.
  • You have received the Wrong product or the Wrong quantity.

 REQUIREMENTS TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

  2. Share the recorded video and clear pictures. (In case of duplicate/double orders, provide photos of both orders)
  3. Make sure a clear picture of the address label is included. (In case of duplicate/double orders, provide pictures of both orders)

DISQUALIFICATION FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

  1. If the case is reported after two days of the delivery date.
  2. Pictures and videos need to be clearer.
  3. In case of a Duplicate or Wrong product, the parcel is not intact, i.e., the packing or bubble wrap is removed or the product is used.
  4. The address label needs to be included.
  5. The required information needs to be completed.

 HOW IT WORKS:

This process may take up to 10-15 working days. All the gathered information is forwarded to the concerned departments, i.e., the courier partner, production department, and dispatching team. After completing the investigation, you will get compensation as per the requirement.
